How much does shipping cost?

Because shipments are made from various distribution centers across Canada, shipping times can vary depending on the merchandise purchased and your physical location. Shipping costs are always listed directly below the actual price of the merchandise.

Can I return my merchandise?

We want all customers to be happy with their purchases. Thus, all merchandise can be returned within 10 business days of receipt. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please call our toll-free customer support line (1-866-476-6311) to obtain instructions on how to return merchandise.

In the event of a return, will I be charged a restocking fee?

No. No restocking fees apply.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

All merchandise is that which normally would be sold in retailers. Because you will be buying directly from a manufacturer or authorized distributor, the same manufacturer's warranties which are offered by the retailer still apply.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Customers residing in the United States are responsible for goods and services taxes, sales tax, and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. Customers in Canada will be charged 6% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the time of invoice. Customers in Ontario, Canada will be charged an additional 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
